Last night was our first class and it was great! We got our kits, transferred a pattern to a sheet of brass, cut it out with a saw, filed it, drilled a hole in it and filed it some more.
I broke many, many saw blades and now feel quite confident loading my saw frame! Had to buy more blades just in case. I totally get why they come in batches of 12! lol
Sandy MacFarlane is a very good teacher! There are 7 other students which is just a nice size.
We have sawing homework! ping!
