Learn the foundations of handcrafted beaded jewellery making, using various stringing media including tiger tail, memory wire, stretchy elastic and satin cord with sumptuous beads. Bring any bead supplies that you may already have. Additional costs for supplies. During the mini workshop you will be creating a bracelet and earrings. * You will need a basic jewellery pliers kit which must include round nose, flatnose, & cutters. They usually also come with a couple of different styles of flatnose pliers.You can get these for a very good price at Walmart. I will have pliers at class that you can borrow if you would rather try before you buy! We will be making a bracelet using tiger tail, because this is the hardest kind of stringing media to use but the best choice for most beads. The bracelet kit includes beads, tiger tail, crimps, clasps, jump rings and everything else you might need to make your first beautiful bracelet! I have very specific earrings that I want to teach you how to make. These earrings are beautiful and will teach you how to master some rather challenging techniques.
